What data we process
This website has no forms, user accounts or private areas: it does not ask you for any data to view it.
- If you write to us or call us from the links on the website, we process the data you give us (name, email, phone and whatever you tell us) to reply to you and, if you ask, to book your place or process your enrolment.
- Visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, installed on our own server, which does not use cookies, does not store your full IP address and does not identify you.
Legal basis and retention period
We process your data because you ask us to (consent and pre-contractual measures) and, if you enrol, to perform the contract and meet the legal obligations that come with it. We keep messages for as long as they are needed to deal with your request and, after that, for the time required by law.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless required by law. The website and the statistics are hosted on an OVHcloud server in the European Union. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@campbellcollege.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
