After-school English at CEIP Pare Català

After-school English classes for the pupils of the school, in small groups and at our premises, from 17 September 2026 to 18 June 2027.

The classes

English after school, in small groups

Classes are held at our premises, in small groups. A monitor collects the pupils from the school and brings them back when the class ends. The method includes, among other things, educational games and activities that motivate learning, with very interesting teaching material and the latest available on the market.

Administrative service

The courses include attendance and behaviour monitoring, assessment tests and progress reports, and tutorials with the teachers.

Infant and Primary

Infant education (ages 4 and 5) and Primary education (1st to 6th year), with the same method adapted to each age.

Three stages

Goals by age

Each stage has its own communication goals, from the first contact with the language to official certification.

    Primary education (1st to 6th year)

    The goals grow with the child's age.

    1st stage (6–7 years)
    Introduction to the language.
    2nd stage (8–9 years)
    Communicative activities; they start reading.
    3rd stage (10–11 years)
    More communicative activities and reading; they start writing.

Lunchtime timetable

Primary: Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, from 12:55 to 13:40 or from 13:55 to 14:40. Infant education (ages 4 and 5): Friday, from 14:00 to 14:45.

What you pay

  • Enrolment fee: €25.
  • Primary education: 10 instalments of €30 (September to June).
  • Infant education: 9 instalments of €22 (October to June).
